Rataouille (tradional food)

     Rataouille

          Ratatouille is one of famous tradional food in frech. The word ratatouille comes from Occitan region "ratatolha". The the location is in Occitan Provence particularly Nice. Ratatouille is also derived from the word "touiller", which means stirring the food. Usually, the food is served in the summer by using fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, red and green paprika, onions, garlic and courgette (a type of cucumber). Can also added aubergine or eggplant.

         Ratatouille is usually eaten as a side dish or main menu extra food, it also nice to be served independent menu accompanied by bread or rice. Some people also serve it by inserting it inside of  crepe or omelet, but the materials are cut into very  small pieces. There are different opinions about this process ratatouille menu. Some people say eggplant and cucumbers are cooked separately, while the spices condiments and tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers will be processed to be sauce. The other way says that all the ingredients are mixed together and fried together.

         Apparently, in many other parts of the world there is also a dish that is similar to ratatouille. For example, in the Philippines known as pinakbet or dinengdeng. Then, Italian called caponata, and in Turkey called turlu. But in Venice, there are sardines or anchovies as a mixed enhancements. The diversity of titles and mix ingredients for ratatouille is inspire an American chef, Thomas Keller, making a contemporary variation of this dish for the animated film Ratatouille, which was launched in 2007.

      Most of the building in french are inspired by Eiffel tower so most of the building are built in many floor and go up to sky. For the example, la deference, there many skyscrapers which the design are very unique. when you see will say that building is so "French". You can see one of the great building in la defence from the picture.

       However, the neigbourhood in french is more casual than the office district, they combine old architecture and bit modern item. For example,Tubingen district, an old university town and administrative center, is located 40km south of Stuttgart between the Schonbuch Forest and the Swabian Hills. The townscape is dominated by historical buildings, large parks and wooded areas.a long the streets are numerous outdoor cafes and bars for young people to hang out.

       In some rural place or the country side the design of the house tend to have very high roof and the size of the room most very wide.The French Country style includes both farmhouse designs as well as estate-like that make them look classy.Typical design elements include curved arches, soft lines and stonework. Inside, you’ll find wood beams, plaster walls and stone floors as common thematic features that overall almost like the others european house.

       The old buiding have many details on it. There many statue and reliefs and use poles to make it look enourmous. This design used to be very popular. Most of rich family that mostly noble built thier house as resemble as palace that have poles, statues, and relief.

    History of Paris

    Paris is right in the heart of events that marked the history of France and is now... Although the current location has been inhabited during Paris ' 700,000 years, history of the city really began in the 3rd century BC. at this juncture, the Parisii, a Gallic tribe, taking live on Île de la Cité, the point of intersection in the direction of strategic Northern State and the Tin trade. Realizing the importance of strategic location, sending troops to Julius Caesar the Gauls and captured the island destroyed. This is the year 52 Bc and is known as the battle of Lutetia. The city was later rebuilt by the occupation forces on the island and, on the left bank, along the northern slopes of the Sainte-Geneviève Hill. Lutetia was taking shape. In the 1st and 2nd centuries, the Arènes de Lutèce amphitheatre and baths built. General Cluny The baths were supplied with water from the waterways beside the Bièvre, a river which has since been buried under the city.These buildings reflect the lifestyle of the Romans. At 280, the city was destroyed by the barbarian invaders.Lutetia was renamed Paris in the 4th century. In 451, an event happen and make the history books: nuns of Saint-Geneviève, managed to divert the course of Attila the Hun and his army who wanted to seize the city. He became the patron saint of Paris.
